Estate and Tag Sale Service

  OUR ESTATE SALE SERVICES INCLUDE:

 

• One or Two day estate sale.

• Three & four day sales conducted for larger estates.

• Organizing and displaying household contents for sale.

• We provide all  tables and  locking showcases for valuable jewlery and smaller items

• We research and we evaluate each item in the estate for sale and determine fair market value for each item.

 

 

• We advertise and promote  the sale including newspaper ads, website posting with pictures weekly emails to approximately 4800 subscribers. ( at our expense ). Our friendly and knowledgable staff will   test all electronics and electrical devices, we also take apart and load large items for customers.

• We have a number system and we carefully limit the number of customers in the home at any  time.

• We provide bags & wrapping paper for purchases.

 

 

• At an estate sale,   generally 80% to 90% of the items in the sale will be sold. Any remaining items can be picked up by a local charity for tax deduction or a removal service can be contacted by us for you.
